How to Relax Amidst Covid

We are living in unprecedented times. Take it from me, it can be easy to get stressed out over things that you cannot change or impact. I find that the stress of this pandemic has taken a toll on my mental health. As important as it is to wash your hands, it is also important to take care of your mental health.


One of the ways I am dealing with my mental health during this pandemic is taking a small vacation. I find that a change of scenery can refresh the mental state. My family and I drove to Palm Desert. A quick weekend getaway is esstinal to calming the mind during these hectic times. Find some place that you can go for a quick getaway!


Another great way to relax is to make drinks! I have been making strawberry daiquiris. I find that channeling my enegry into something yummy and creative can help release stress and anxiety.
